1. Order Confirmation & Production
All orders are custom-made according to the client’s approved design, size, material, and specifications.
Clients must confirm all details before production begins.
If you have any questions or need changes, please contact us before final approval.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
We are not responsible for mistakes in designs that were approved by the customer.
2. Production Time
Because our products are custom manufactured:
Production usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Large or bulk orders may require additional production time.
Exact timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
3. Shipping Time
After production is completed:
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services.
Delivery time typically takes 3–7 business days within the USA.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Please note: We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been shipped.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Print Apex is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to wrong information
If an address error is noticed, please contact us immediately before shipment.
5. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
After review, we will remake the product if the damage is verified.
