Print Apex

At Print Apex, we specialize in custom packaging services for businesses across the USA. Since most of our products are custom-made according to client requirements, our refund and return policy is different from regular retail products.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

All our packaging products (custom boxes, pouches, labels, ribbons, etc.) are made specifically according to the client’s approved design, size, material, and specifications.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns on custom printed or custom-sized products.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to approve final artwork and specifications before production.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy

At Print Apex, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our mistake, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we will remake and resend the product at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items.

  • The issue must be caused by our production error.

Once verified, our team will reproduce and ship the corrected product as quickly as possible.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds for customer-approved design errors, spelling mistakes, or minor color variations caused by screen differences.

3. Shipping Issues

Print Apex is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The mistake was made by our production team

  • The product significantly differs from approved proof

  • The issue is reported within the required time frame

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Approval Responsibility

Before production, clients receive digital proofs for approval. Once approved:

  • Print Apex is not responsible for spelling errors

  • Design mistakes

  • Color variations due to screen differences

Please carefully review your design before giving final approval.
