1. Custom Packaging Services

Print Apex provides custom packaging products including boxes, pouches, labels, ribbons, and other printed materials.

All products are manufactured according to the client’s approved specifications, including size, material, quantity, and design.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are considered final once production begins.

2. Payment Terms

To begin production, we require:

  • 50% advance payment before starting production.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the work is completed and before delivery/shipping.

Production will not begin until the advance payment is received.

Once the order is completed, the client will be notified. The remaining balance must be cleared before the products are delivered or shipped.

3. Design Approval

Before production, digital proofs will be sent to the client for approval.

By approving the final design, the client accepts responsibility for:

  • Spelling errors

  • Design layout issues

  • Color choices

  • Size specifications

Print Apex is not responsible for mistakes that were approved by the customer.

4. Production & Delivery

Production time depends on order size and complexity. Estimated timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

Shipping times may vary based on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • If a product is defective due to our production error, we will remake the product after verification.

  • Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Changes must be requested before production begins.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Print Apex shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping companies

  • Customer-approved design errors

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
